A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Falkensee und ist im Handelsregister des AG Potsdam unter der Nummer HRB 31727 eingetragen.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff., 264ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.

a. Aktiva

1. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert.

2. Sachanlagevermögen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu den Anschaffungs-kosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert.
Es kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung.
Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,-- sind gem. § 6 (2) EStG sofort als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt worden.

3. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Diese sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

4. Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Diese sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

b. Passiva

1. Eigenkapital
Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

2. Rückstellungen
Zur Abdeckung ungewisser Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages Rückstellungen gebildet.

Da die Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, unterbleibt eine Abzinsung.

3. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Ansätze erfolgen zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.

c. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 HGB aufgestellt.

d. Erläuterungen zu Bilanzposten

Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Sämtliche Forderungen und die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

e. Sonstige Angaben

1. Verbindlichkeiten und Forderungen gegenüber Mitgliedern des Geschäfts-führungsorgans
Gegenüber der Geschäftsführerin bestehen Verbindlichkeiten i. H. v. EUR 2.128,24 (WJ 2021 EUR 1.531,92). Die Forderungen gegenüber der Geschäftsführerin belaufen sich auf EUR 6.120,60 (WJ 2021 EUR 0,--).

2. Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans

      Als Geschäftsführerist bestellt:

Sie vertritt die Gesellschaft allein und ist von den Beschränkungen des
§ 181 BGB befreit.
