1 Anhang

Anwendung des Handelsgesetzbuches

Der Jahresabschluss für das GJ 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gem. § 264 i. V. m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden durchwegs an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet und gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht verändert.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sach-/Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung dotiert.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben

Finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die nicht in der Bilanz erscheinen und deren Angaben für die Beurteilung der Finanzanlage von Bedeutung sind, bestehen nicht.

Die Feststellung des Abschlusses erfolgte am 27.03.2025

Besondere berichtspflichtige Vorgänge fielen keine an.
