Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die ESACAD GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Prien am Chiemsee. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Traunstein unter HRB 28207 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbHG beachtet.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die im Vorjahr angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

Einzelne Posten wurden wie folgt bewertet:

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sowie erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung war die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Abschreibungen wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen sowohl degressiv als auch linear vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis 800 € wurden im Erwerbsjahr als Aufwand erfasst.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelten Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von 127.649,86 € eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr (Vorjahr: 177.949,74 €).

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von 71.697,43 € eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr (Vorjahr: 87.707,91 €), in Höhe von 0,00 € eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem bis zu fünf Jahren (Vorjahr: 0,00 €) sowie in Höhe von 45.435,37 € eine Restlaufzeit über fünf Jahre (Vorjahr: 50.750,00 €).

4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 II HGB) aufgestellt.

5. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden durchschnittlich 7 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
