Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches wurde hinsichtlich der Pflichtangaben im Anhang Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der handelsrechtlichen Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Gliederungsvorschriften in der Fassung des Handelsgesetzbuches vom 25. Mai 2009 erstellt. Die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) geänderten Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) wurden im Berichtsjahr erstmals angewendet. Durch das BilMoG ergaben sich keine Änderungen bei Ansatz und Bewertung von Bilanzposten.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden durchweg an den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen ausgerichtet.

Im Einzelnen werden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet:

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, abzüglich planmäßiger, nutzungsbedingter Abschreibungen.

Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Netto-Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung erfolgt jeweils in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen abzudecken. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichende objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und haben - wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Angaben zur Bilanz

In den Forderungen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 4.752,70 (Vorjahr: Euro 3.800,63) enthalten.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 2.231,06 (Vorjahr: Euro 310,19) enthalten.
