Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Die Morina Putz GmbH mit Sitz in Finnentrop ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 (1) HGB. Sie ist beim Registergericht Siegen unter der Nummer HRB 6225 im Handelsregister eingetragen.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere der §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG.

Die bei einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Vermerke sowie Angaben und Hinweise, die wahlweise in der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden grundsätzlich im Anhang vorgenommen.

Die Gesellschaft hat von ihrem Wahlrecht nach § 264 (1) Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Die Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung ist in Ausübung des Wahlrechts gemäß § 286 (4) HGB unterblieben.

B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Ansatz und Bewertung der in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Posten erfolgte nach folgenden Grundsätzen:

Zugänge bei den immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen und den Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Abschreibungen erfolgen planmäßig auf der Grundlage der steuerlichen Abschreibungssätze nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis je Euro 800,00 und Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden pro rata temporis über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden zu den durchschnittlichen Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des § 253 Abs. 3 HGB bewertet.

Die in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge wurden mit entsprechend ihrem Grad der Fertigstellung zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. Mögliche Ausfallrisiken waren nicht erkennbar.

Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

II. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist in der Anlage dargestellt. Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter werden mit 2,00 % p.a. verzinst.

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt am 31. Dezember 2022 unverändert Euro 25.000,00.

Der Gewinnvortrag hat sich wie folgt entwickelt:

1. Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung wurde im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr ausgeübt durch Herrn Emrush Morina, Finnentrop.

III. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss des Geschäftsjahres 2022 in Höhe von Euro 70.515,20 wird auf Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
