ANHANG

Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gem. den Vorschriften des HGB:

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses auf den 31.12.10 erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des HGB III. Buch.

Die Bewertung richtet sich nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung unter Beachtung der §§ 252 ff, 266 ff, 279 ff und 284 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (§ 284 HGB)

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet. Die Nutzungs-dauern werden entsprechend den steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen festgelegt.

In 2010 wurde von dem Wahlrecht der Bildung eines jahrgangsbezogenen Sammelpostens gem. § 6 (2) EStG Gebrauch gemacht.

Da der Posten von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist, wurde der Sammelposten in die Handelsbilanz übernommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

Für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten sind Rückstellungen gebildet worden, die zurückzustellenden Beträge wurden gem. § 253 (1) HGB mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag, der sich nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ergibt, bemessen.
