Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der Elbfähre Glückstadt Wischhafen GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapital- gesellschaft.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
Während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres 2011 wurde die Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens von Frau Hildegard Both-Walberg wahrgenommen. Sie war alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
Die Gesellschaft ist die einzige unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Elbfähre Glückstadt Wischhafen GmbH & Co. KG.
