I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

1. Die Alex Andersen Germany GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in der Neustadt 10, 24939 Flensburg. Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Nummer HRB 10901 im Register des Amtsgerichtes Flensburg eingetragen.

2. Der Jahresabschluss der Alex Andersen Germany GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie- Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt. Im Geschäftsjahr wurden die durch das BilRUG geänderten Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches angewandt. Alle Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden vollumfänglich umgesetzt.

3. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages zu beachten.

4. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

5. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Vorschriften der §§ 242 - 256a HGB sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

6. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz, in Ausnahmen im Anhang, gewählt.

7. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahrengem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsvorschriften wurden beachtet.

8. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert   beibehalten.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

1. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wird zusätzlich durch ausreichend bemessene Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen.

Eigenkapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt T€ 39,0 und ist unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr.

Sonstige Rückstellungen
Sonstige Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Rückzahlungs- beziehungsweise Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen in Höhe der allgemeinen Inflationsrate berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung
Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung werden zum jeweiligen Devisenkassamittelkurs eingebucht. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. In anderen Fällen werden eventuelle Kursverluste am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen in Höhe von T€ 415.363,99 (Vorjahr: T€ 349.348,91) stellen solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern dar.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Beschäftigte
Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 75 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
