Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 der DIETEC GmbH mit Sitz in Frankfurt (Oder), postalische Anschrift August-Bebel-Straße 69 in 15234 Frankfurt (Oder), eingetragen beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt (Oder) unter HRB 13756 FF, wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

Die zur Erläuterung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erforderlichen Angaben sind, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, in den Anhang übernommen.

Gegenüber dem vorherigen Wirtschaftsjahr wurde die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, grundsätzlich nicht geändert.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (gem. § 255 Abs. 2 bis 3 HGB) bilanziert.

Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die beweglichen Anlagen werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear bzw. teilweise degressiv abgeschrieben. Vermögensgegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis zu 800,00 € wurden im Zugangsjahr aktiviert und sofort vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung der Werthaltigkeit ausgewiesen. Sofern notwendig, erfolgten Wertberichtigungen.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Auf der Aktivseite sind als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Es bestehen Abweichungen zur Steuerbilanz durch dort außerbilanziell gebildete bzw. aufzulösende Investitionsabzugsbeträge. Die in diesem Zusammenhang zu bildende Rückstellung für passive latente Steuern beläuft sich auf 16,4 T€ (Vorjahr: 21,8T€).

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

C. Verbindlichkeiten

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten von 44,8 T€ (Vorjahr: 120,3 T€), von denen 28,7 T€ (Vorjahr: 75,5 T€) innerhalb eines Jahres und 18,1 T€ (Vorjahr: 44,8 T€) innerhalb von 1 bis 5 Jahren fällig sind. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr.

4. Sonstige Pflicht- bzw. freiwillige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 18 (Vorjahr: 16) Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Als Geschäftsführer wird das Unternehmen durch Herrn Marc Diescher, Diplom-Ingenieur Maschinenbau und Geschäftsführer, Frankfurt (Oder), vertreten.
Er vertritt die Gesellschaft allein und ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Eine Angabe von Geschäftsführergehältern erfolgt im Hinblick auf §§ 285, 288 HGB nicht.
