Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Büroservice L. Schulz GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angabe der auf Bilanz und GuV angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert von über 150 bis 1.000 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs in einem Sammelposten zusammengefasst und aktiviert. Dieser Posten wird über 5 Jahre gleichmäßig aufgelöst.
Die Beteiligung an der SD Zahnärzteberatung GmbH & Co. KG wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführungsorgane
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens vom Geschäftsführer Liane Schulz geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
Der Geschäftstführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs befreit.
