ANHANG

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde aufgestellt am 31.05.2024.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz
Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 143.497,26 Euro (Vorjahr 255.330,22 Euro). Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).
