Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die CTK Logistics GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt (Oder) und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt (Oder) unter Registernummer HRB 19742 FF eingetragen. Das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 der CTK Logistics GmbH ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. Dabei wurde für die Darstellung der Gewinnund Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die CTK Logistics GmbH gilt gemäß § 267a HGB als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurden bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurden die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden grundsätzlich beibehalten.

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach
Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ausreichend Rechnung.

Sämtliche Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Liquiden Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken aus schwebenden Geschäften und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr oder weniger werden nicht abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

(1) Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000 EUR. Der Jahresfehlbetrag zum Bilanzstichtag beträgt 18.292,83 EUR.

(2) Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herrn Kurzawa, Jaroslaw Kazimierz, geb. am 04.03.1972, Polen und Herrn Kurzawa, Marcin, geb. am 15.09.1981, Polen wahrgenommen.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
