Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die TSLOGISTIC RESPONSIBLY GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt (Oder) und ist im Handels-register des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt (Oder) unter Registernummer HRB 18742 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 der TSLOGISTIC RESPONSIBLY GmbH ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. Dabei wurde für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die TSLOGISTIC RESPONSIBLY GmbH gilt gemäß § 267a HGB als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurden bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2024 wurden die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden grundsätz-lich beibehalten.

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ausreichend Rechnung.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung des Niederst-wertprinzips. Bei den Forderungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Sämtliche Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Liquiden Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken aus schwebenden Ge-schäften und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmän-nischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Rest-laufzeit von einem Jahr oder weniger werden nicht abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

(1) Forderungen

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

(2) Eigenkapital

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000 EUR. Der Jahresfehlbetrag zum Bilanzstichtag beträgt EUR 34.059,50. Die Gesellschaft ist bilanziell überschuldet. Eine Insolvenzantragspflicht wurde durch die Patronatserklärung mit Herren Maciej Seiffert und Tomasz Sawicki vermieden.

(3) Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herren Maciej Seiffert, geb. am 30.11.1981, Kamionki, Polen und Tomasz Sawicki, geb. 04.08.1976, Gruszczyn, Polen wahrgenommen.

Der Gesellschafter der TSLOGISTIC RESPONSIBLY GmbH, Frnakfurt (Oder) sind in 2024 Herr Maciej Seiffert mit einer Stammeinlage von EUR 11.250 und Herr Tomasz Sawicki mit einer Stammeinlage von EUR 13.750.

Im Berichtsjahr 2024 wurde eine Zuzahlung in die Kapitalrücklage mit Beschluss vom 15.10.2024 in Höhe von insgesamt 10.000,00 EUR geleistet.

Nach dem Bilanzstichtag zum 31. Dezember 2024 wurde im Jahr 2025 eine Zuzahlung in die Kapitalrücklage mit Beschlusse vom 10.01.2025 und 10.03.2025 in Höhe von 36.000,00 EUR geleistet.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde 1 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
