Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die TSL Cargo Trans GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt (Oder) und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt (Oder) unter Registernummer HRB 19780 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 der TSL Cargo Trans GmbH ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. Dabei wurde für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die TSL Cargo Trans GmbH gilt gemäß § 267 HGB als Kleinkapitalgesellschaft.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurden bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft zum 31. Dezember 2024 wurden die
auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden grundsätzlich beibehalten.

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach
Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ausreichend Rechnung.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 1 HGB, verändert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Dabei werden die Anlagengegenstände linear unter Anwendung der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips. Bei den Forderungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind ebenso wie die liquiden Mittel zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken aus schwebenden Geschäften und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr oder weniger werden nicht abgezinst.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

(1) Forderungen

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

(2) Eigenkapital

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 250.000 EUR. Zum Bilanzstichtag weist die Gesellschaft einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 84.553,51 EUR aus. Der Verlustvortrag beläuft sich auf 398.204,51 €. Im Geschäftsjahr 2024 Kapitalrücklage wurde durch Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 01.04.2024 um 50.000,00 € auf 440.000,00€ herabgesetzt.

(3) Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herr Rafal Kwiecien, geb. am 02.09.1972, Polen wahrgenommen.

Der Gesellschafter der TSL Cargo Trans GmbH, Frankfurt (Oder) ist mit einer Stammeinlage iHv EUR 250.000,00 Regesta S.A, Pinczow, Polen.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 35.
