Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt (§§ 264 ff HGB).

Aus Gründen eines verbesserten Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage werden zusätzlich die folgenden Angaben gegeben:

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an den ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Wert von € 150,00 wurden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben; ihr sofortiger Abgang wurde unterstellt.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit einem Wert zwischen € 150,00 und € 1.000,00 werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in einem Sammelposten zusammengefasst und auf 5 Jahre verteilt abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risikien bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen beinhalten die Kosten für die Veröffentlichung des Jahresabschlusses sowie die Kosten zur Erfüllung der Aufbewahrungspflicht.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bzw. Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern belaufen sich auf € 717,67 (Vorjahr € 701,25).

Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung durch Frau Anita Hübsch wahrgenommen.
