financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

Allgemeine Hinweise

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

1. Die Faukon GmbH GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Freiberg und wird beim Amtsgericht Chemnitz unter der Nummer HRB 28259 geführt.

2. Der Jahresabschluss der Faukon GmbH, Freiberg, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wurde gemäß § 242 ff. und § 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

3. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf.

4. Für den Anhang wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 274 HGB und § 276 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

5. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschluss waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

6. Die immateriellen Wirtschaftsgüter und die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert.

7. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschreiben.

8. Das Vorratsvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Bewertung erfolgte unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips und des Grundsatzes der verlustfreien Bewertung.

9. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden einzeln bewertet. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist eine verzinsliche Forderung gegen den Gesellschafter in Höhe von 199.229,39 EUR enthalten.

10. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

11. Für Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag die Aufwendungen danach darstellen, wurde aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.

12. Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

13. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 64.586,09 EUR.

14. Passive latente Steuern wurden auf Grund unterschiedlicher handels- und steuerrechtlicher Bewertungsansätzen in Posten des Anlagevermögens gebildet. Sie wurden in Höhe des Steuersatzesangesetzt, der voraussichtlich im Zeitpunkt des Abbaus dieser Differenz gilt.

III. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.
