Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften, den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung sowie den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§268-274a, 276-278 HGB, und unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 279-283 HGB, erstellt.

Auf die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung finden die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG Anwendung. Für die GuV wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten worden.

Restlaufzeiten

Verbindlichkeiten fällig innerhalb eines Jahres: € 199.963,31 (VJ 123.832,35), zwei bis fünf Jahren € 150.851,94 (VJ 103.450,00), über fünf Jahre € 0,00 (VJ 75.000,00)

Aktivierung selbstgeschaffener immaterieller Wirtschaftsgüter

In die Eigenentwicklung von SaaS Angeboten wurden Arbeitsleistungen (ohne Geschäftsführer) investiert, die ab 2019 aktiviert werden. Die Herstellungskosten belaufen sich 2019 auf € 83.535, 2020 auf € 80.550 und 2021 auf € 95.190. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt 10 Jahre.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
