Anhang für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff.) aufgestellt worden. Das Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit gemäß § 265 Abs. 1 HGB wurde beachtet.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH Gesetzes beachtet.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine sog. "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" nach
§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Eine Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses nach den §§ 316 ff. HGB war deshalb nicht erforderlich.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den
§§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet.

Im Abschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungs-abgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen, Grundstücksrechte nicht mit Grundstückslasten verrechnet worden.

Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital, die Schulden sowie die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend aufgegliedert.

Bewertung im Einzelnen:

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen
wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert.
Die Abschreibungen entsprechen hinsichtlich der Methode und der AfA-Sätze auch den steuerlichen Vorschriften.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter zwischen € 250,01 und € 800,00 werden im An-schaffungsjahr gemäß § 6 Absatz 2 EStG sofort abgeschrieben.

Abschreibungen aufgrund dauernder Wertminderungen wurden nicht vorge-nommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
wurden mit ihren Nennwerten aktiviert. Möglichen Ausfallrisiken wurde mit einer Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 4 % der Nettoforderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen Rechnung getragen.

Liquide Mittel
wurden mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
wurden gebildet für Zahlungen, die erst im Folgejahr Aufwand darstellen.

Rückstellungen
wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Sie decken sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken ab.

Verbindlichkeiten
wurden in der Handelsbilanz mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.
