A. Allgemeine Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 wurde unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. Zwar liegt zum Bilanzstichtag eine buchmäßige Überschuldung der Berichtsgesellschaft vor, diese wurde jedoch durch eine vorliegende Patronatserklärung beseitigt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert und werden über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen linear. Von steuerlichen Vereinfachungsregeln wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Der Ansatz der Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgte zu Nennwerten.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
