1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2018/2019 wurde unter Anwendung der aktuellen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 a HGB auf. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgt unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis zu 3 Jahren angesetzt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Abnutzbare Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind und deren Anschaffungskosen oder Herstellungskosten maximal EUR 800,00 betragen (geringwertige Anlagegüter), werden im Zeitpunkt der Anschaffung sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Für erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden entsprechende Wertberichtigungen gebildet. Dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1 % auf die Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sowie die Kassenbestände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten ist mit dem Nennwert bewertet und beinhaltet Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt worden ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Auf fremde Währungen lautende Forderungen/Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten/Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 256 a Satz 1 HGB zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind - wie im Vorjahr - innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter aus einem gewährten Darlehen in Höhe von EUR 14.800,00 (Vj. EUR 14.400,00) enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von TEUR 24 eine Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr und TEUR 38 von 1 bis 5 Jahre.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft mit dem Sitz in Stockdorf ist unter der Nummer HRB 111741 beim Amtsgericht München eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 3 Arbeitnehmer.
