I.Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der FutureDat GmbH, Otto-Dix-Straße 9 in 07548 Gera (Amtsgericht Jena, HR B 500607) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie den Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen und Zuordnungskriterien ist die Gesellschaft als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angesetzt.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die beweglichen abnutzbaren Anlagen werden linear abgeschrieben. Die Immateriellen Wirtschaftsgüter werden linear über die Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Forderungen sind zum Nominalbetrag bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Alle Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden mit dem von der Deutschen Bundesbank veröffentlichten Marktzinssatz abgezinst (§ 253 Abs. 2 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungs- bzw. Nennbeträgen bewertet.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden:
Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
Als ursprüngliche Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten sind die Buchwerte aus dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 übernommen und fortgeführt worden.

II. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Der Bestand an Waren und Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen wurde gemäß § 252 (1) Nr. 3 HGB einzeln ermittelt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind, bis auf einen Betrag in Höhe von 22,3 TEUR, innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Vom Schutzrecht nach § 286 HGB bezüglich der Vergütung der Geschäftsführungsorgane wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferung und Leistung sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Der Jahresüberschuss wird insgesamt vorgetragen.

Es ist ein Betrag in Höhe von 1,00 Euro vorhanden, der gem. § 268 Abs. 8 HGB der Ausschüttungssperre unterliegt.
