2. Angaben der auf die Posten der Bilanz angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

2.1 Finanzanlagevermögen

Die Beteiligungen gegenüber verbundenden Unternehmen wurden im Falle der Bargründung zu den Anschaffungskosten und im Falle der Ausgliederung zu den Buchwerten des ausgegliederten Vermögens bewertet.

2.2 Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Waren die beizulegenden Werte zum Bilanzstichtag niedriger, wurden diese angesetzt.

2.3 Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks

Die Bewertung der darin enthaltenen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

2.4 Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen sind für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages ausgewiesen. Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden mit dem durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der letzten 10 Jahre bei einer angenommenen Restlaufzeit von 15 Jahren abgezinst. Vermögensgegenstände, die für Zwecke der Sicherung von Altersvorsorgeansprüchen an die hieraus Berechtigten verpfändet wurden, wurden mit den Rückstellungsbeträgen saldiert dargestellt.

2.5 Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

3.1 Pensionsrückstellungen

Zur Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wurde das versicherungsmathematische Teilwertverfahren angewendet. Für die Berechnungen wurden folgende Annahmen getroffen:

Bei den Pensionsrückstellungen ergibt sich zwischen dem Ansatz nach dem durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz aus den vergangenen zehn Geschäftsjahren und dem Ansatz nach dem durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz aus den vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahren ein Unterschiedsbetrag zum 30. Juni 2020 in Höhe von 93.543,00 Euro.

3.2 Verrechnung von Vermögensgegenständen und Schulden

Für die Saldierung von Schulden aus Altersvorsorgeverpflichtungen mit verrechnungsfähigen Vermögenswerten wurden folgende Werte ermittelt:

3.3 Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sowie Rückstellungen für Personalkostenverpflichtungen.

3.4 Verbindlichkeiten

Die Laufzeiten sämtlicher Verbindlichkeiten unterschreiten ein Jahr.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

4.1 Ausschüttungssperre

Der Gesamtbetrag, der gemäß § 253 Abs. 6 HGB der Ausschüttungssperre unterliegt, beträgt 93.543,00 Euro.

4.2 Durchschnittliche Zahl der Beschäftigten

Im Geschäftsjahr 2019/2020 wurden durchschnittlich 10 Personen (Vorjahr: 18 Personen) beschäftigt.

4.3 Angabe der Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung wurde während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres 2019/2020 durch folgende Personen ausgeübt:
