Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der IICC Innovative Computer Components & Management GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden konnten, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsvorschriften wurden beachtet.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffung- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Währungsforderungen und Bankguthaben sind grundsätzlich zum Tagesgeldwert im Zeitpunkt der Forderungsbegründung bzw. zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angabe zu Forderungen

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Verrechnung von Vermögensgegenständen und Schulden

Eine Verrechnung von Vermögensgegenständen und Schulden ist in der Bilanz nicht enthalten.

Angabe zu Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 28.207,34).

Verbindlichkeiten an Gesellschafter

Die Verbindlichkeiten an den Gesellschafter in Form von Darlehen betragen zum Bilanzstichtag insgesamt 158.466,35 Euro.

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über 5 Jahre und Sicherungsrechte

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 121.343,66 Gesellschafterdarlehen (Vorjahr: Euro 118.964,37).
