Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die G.S.L.-Trans GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Geratal und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Jena unter der Reg.Nr. HRB 507725.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG), des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung, des Gesellschaftsvertrages sowie der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und Bilanzierung aufgestellt.

Bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurde von der Unternehmensfortführung ausgegangen.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Es wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt. Die Aufwendungen für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 250 Euro und nicht mehr als 800 Euro wurden nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bemessen.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der in der Bilanz enthaltenen Positionen des Anlagevermögens und der Abschreibungen ergeben sich aus dem Anlagespiegel.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die bilanzierten Forderungen haben in Höhe von 18.835,00 Euro eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Alle übrigen Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Verbindlichkeiten
Alle bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Für ein Darlehen in Höhe von 43.759,53 € gibt es eine qualifizierte Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Die Umsatzerlöse sind trotz Neudefinition von § 277 Abs. 1 HGB in der Fassung des BilRUG mit dem Vorjahr vergleichbar.

Das Jahresergebnis wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer ist: Herr Klaus-Dieter Schmidt, Kaufmann

Die Zahl der im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich beschäftigten Mitarbeiter betrug: 18.

Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten.

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestanden Forderungen in Höhe von insgesamt 1.583,66 Euro.
