I. Allgemeines

1. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB.

2. Von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften wurde Gebrauch gemacht (§274a HGB).

3. Zusätzliche Angaben nach § 264 II,2 HGB sind nicht erforderlich.

II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1. Antizipative Posten bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen und bei den Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht gebildet (§ 268 IV, 2, 5 HGB).

2. Eine aktive Steuerabgrenzung (§ 274 II, 1 HGB) wurde nicht vorgenommen.

3. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden folgen den handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften (§ 284 II Nr. 1 HGB).

4. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, jeweils vermindert um planmäßige- und/oder außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibung erfolgte grundsätzlich linear. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Vermögensgegenstände wurde aufgrund der bisherigen betrieblichen Erfahrungen bestimmt; soweit solche Erfahrungen nicht vorhanden waren, wurde die Nutzungsdauer unter Zuhilfenahme der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen bewertet.

5. Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden zu Anschaffungspreisen bewertet; Bewertungsvereinfachungsmethoden kamen nicht zum Ansatz (§ 284 II Nr. 4 HGB).

III. Sonstige Angaben

1. Geschäftsführer ware im Jahre 2015 Herr Vilmos Szegö und Herr György Kollár. (§ 285 Nr. 10 HGB).

2. Ausleihungen, Vorschüsse, Kredite oder Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von 7.580,00 €; Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine (§ 42 III GmbHG).

3. Der Verlust des Geschäftsjahres 2015 wird vorgetragen.
