Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der TGS GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet worden.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach den voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauern der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens und Software bis zu Anschaffungskosten in Höhe von € 410,00 werden im Jahr des Zugangs sofort abgeschrieben.
Soweit erforderlich wird der jeweilige niedrigere Wert am Abschlussstichtag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen liegen, werden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
