Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.
Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gem. § 267 HGB auf. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung.
Die Sachanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer, bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Gründe für Wertberichtigungen liegen nicht vor.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz
Bei den Sachanlagen wurden keine außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen vorgenommen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Dies gilt auch für die hier ausgewiesenen Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen mit Euro 10.218,76 (VJ 0,00).
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit Euro 52.000,00 (VJ Euro 52.000,00) ausgewiesen.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen Euro 1.073,34 (VJ Euro 3.566,59).
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, betragen Euro 7.362,50 (VJ 0,00) und haben eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen nicht.
Eine Steuerabgrenzung nach § 274 HGB ist nicht vorgenommen worden.
Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt nach Ergebnisverwendung.
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Gesellschaft durch
die einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer, Herrn Anders Flensborg und Frau Katrin Flensborg vertreten.
