Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie ergänzenden Regelungen des GmbHG und des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzt (BiLMoG) aufgestellt. Alle im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesene Beträge lauten auf Euro. Sofern Posten in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zusammengefasst worden sind, werden sie im Anhang gesondert aufgeführt und erläutert.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 266 Abs. 1 S.3, 274a, 276 und 288 Satz 1 HGB wurde überwiegend Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der §§ 265, 266 und 275 HGB.

Sachanlagen sind mit ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich der planmäßigen und außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Bewertung zu Herstellungskosten richtet sich nach dem steuerlichen Mindestumfang.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag abzüglich notwendiger Wertberichtigungen angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelt und decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten ab.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Sonstiges

Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 21.864,83 EUR sowie den Verlustvortrag in Höhe von 18.298,82 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Die Geschäftsführung lag im Berichtsjahr bei Herrn Dipl. Inf. Andreas Heitzer.
