A. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagengegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt € 0 (Vorjahr: € 0).

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag € 0 (Vorjahr € 0).
