Anhang FÜR DAS WIRTSCHAFTSJAHR 01.01. - 31.12.2023

I. Allgemeines

Die Firma fellowtech GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gilching und wird beim Amtsgericht München unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 162015 geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach dem dritten Buch des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bei der Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um plan-mäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (gering-wertige Anlagegüter) werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Im Geschäftsjahr waren für Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens keine außerplan-mäßigen Abschreibungen erforderlich.

Vorräte wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Für geleistete Zahlungen, die nachfolgende Wirtschaftsjahre betreffen, wurde ein aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge gebildet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bemessen; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Aufwendungen und Erträge wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Aufwendungen für Resturlaub, Aufbewahrung von Geschäftsunterlagen und die Kosten für die Erstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen:

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse oder sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen gemäß § 251 i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB.

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen über TEUR 452.

Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
