I. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2024

Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2024 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes erstellt.

Für die Gesellschaft sind die Regelungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften anzuwenden (§ 267 HGB).

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und - soweit abnutzbar - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen sind nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind und deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten EUR 800,00 nicht übersteigen, werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben und gleichzeitig als Abgang ausgewiesen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Erkennbaren Risiken wird durch ausreichende Abschläge Rechnung getragen.

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von

58.975 EUR

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag, Rückstellungen in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten stellen sich wie folgt dar:
