I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes München unter HRB 262957 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der ECOM House GmbH, Gräfelfing, wird nach den Gliederungs- und Ausweisvorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) und unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB erstellt.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Finanzanlagevermögen, wie Anteile und Ausleihungen an verbundene Unternehmen, ist zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind ebenfalls mit dem Nominalwert aktiviert.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrags bemessen, der nach gesetzlicher bzw. vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur BilanzDer Bilanzgewinn entwickelte sich wie folgt:
