A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Movia-Technologies GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gräfelfing. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 272683 eingetragen.

B. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Dementsprechend wurden die Aufstellungserleichterungen der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 276 und 288 HGB zum Teil in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Movia-Technologies GmbH wurde für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 nach Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt.

C. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen, entsprechend der jeweiligen voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit die Stichtagskurse am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurde diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Erkennbaren und latenten Ausfallrisiken wurde durch die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Bei der Bemessung von Rückstellungen wurden erkennbare Risiken angemessen und ausreichend berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden grundsätzlich mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

D. Erläuterungen und Angaben zu einzelnen Positionen des Jahresabschlusses

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist in einem Anlagespiegel (Anlage 2) dargestellt.

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 1.554.880,55enthalten.
