ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023

Die SOLLOG Solution & Logistic GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gräfelfing und ist im Handelsregister des Registergerichts München unter HRB 230206 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist klein im Sinne des § 267 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB). Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden grundsätzlich in der Bilanz gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

I. Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bewertung wurde nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB vorgenommen.

Die Sachanlagen sind mit den um planmäßige Abschreibungen verminderten Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden linear über die von der Finanzverwaltung festgelegten mittleren Nutzungsdauern vorgenommen. Im Berichtsjahr zugegangene Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 250,00 ohne Umsatzsteuer werden sofort als Betriebsausgaben verrechnet sowie für Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 ohne Umsatzsteuer sofort in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert oder dem am Abschlussstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Alle Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

1. sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Die Gesellschaft betreibt ihr Unternehmen in gepachteten Räumen. Die finanziellen Verpflichtungen aus Pachtverträgen betragen in 2023 TEUR 249 sowie innerhalb der nächsten fünf Jahre TEUR1.245.

2. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 7 Mitarbeiter.
