Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss der steiner'S plus GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Änderungen der Bewertungsmethoden wurden aufgrund der Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes insoweit vorgenommen als keine rein steuerrechtlich zulässigen Abschreibungen mehr vorgenommen wurden.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 410,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und vollständig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen.

Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten aus Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden Rückstellungen gebildet. Zur Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wurde das Anwartschaftsbarwertverfahren angewendet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz
3.1 Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Von den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen betreffen Euro 208.868,99 den Gesellschafter.

3.2. Rückstellungen für Pensionen und ähnliche Verpflichtungen

Zur Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wurde das Anwartschaftsbarwertverfahren angewendet.
Für die Berechnungen wurden folgende Annahmen getroffen:

3.3 Verbindlichkeiten

Von den Verbindlichkeiten weisen Euro 32.859,06 eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr auf.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
4.1 Geschäftsführer
Herr Thomas Steiner vertritt die Gesellschaft als einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
