Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss 2023 der fideQon GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zu Forderungen
Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit kleiner einem Jahr beträgt Euro 113.802,98.

Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 79.362,99.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB wurde auf die Angabe des Geschäftsführergehalts verzichtet.

Aufstellung des Lageberichts
Die Gesellschaft macht von Ihrem Wahlrecht gemäß § 264 Abs.1 Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch und verzichtet als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. von § 267 Abs.1 HGB auf die Ausstellung des Lageberichtes.

Die Gesellschaft hatte 2023 im Jahresdurchschnitt 1,75 Angestellte.
Angaben zu Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern
(§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG / § 264c Abs. 1 HGB)

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 41,40.
