ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS, ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet. Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Die horizontale Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wurde mit Angabe der im Geschäftsjahr vorgenommenen Abschreibungen in der Bilanz dargestellt.

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 0 enthalten.

Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben Beträge von EUR 251.939,10 eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Angaben beinhalten nicht diejenigen Beträge, die den Gesellschaftern zuzurechnen sind.

SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Grafrath. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht München unter HRB 284289 eingetragen.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die alleinige Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Martin Müller-Draheim wahrgenommen.
