Who has to publish what?

What must be published depends on company size, measured by total assets, revenue and headcount: a company belongs to a size class when it stays below two of the three limits on two consecutive balance-sheet dates. Current limits:

Micro-companies up to €450,000 total assets · €900,000 revenue · 10 employees
Only deposit a balance sheet, which is not publicly viewable. No figures appear here.
Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die outTech GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
Soweit Wahlmöglichkeiten bestehen werden die gesetzlich vorgesehenen Angaben im Bilanzbericht dargestellt.
Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrichtlinienmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMog) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichs-zahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art.67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (§§ 268 Abs. 4 Satz 1 und 268 Abs. 5 Satz 1 HGB)

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.
Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro. (§ 285 Satz 1 Nr. 1a HGB)
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten waren zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung bereits beglichen.
