Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 2 HGB auf.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, unter weitestgehender Inanspruchnahme der Erleichterung für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften, aufgestellt.
(§§ 265, 266 ff., 274a, 288 HGB)
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Form der Darstellung und die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden fortgeführt.

Soweit Wahlrechte in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- - und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Im Jahr 2024 angeschaffte bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibung des GWG-Sammelposten aus den Vorjahren wurde planmäßig fortgeführt.
Steuerliche Sonderabschreibungen oder außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Die Bewertung der Roh- Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe erfolgte zu den Anschaffungskosten, soweit nicht ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war.
Fertige und unfertige Leistungen wurden zu den Herstellungskosten bewertet. Diese umfassen die produktionsbezogenen Vollkosten.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen für Pensionen werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 I 2 HGB). Sie werden pauschal mit einem einer Restlaufzeit von 15 Jahren entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz abgezinst (§ 253 II 2 HGB).

Die sonstige Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist..

Dabei wurden, soweit möglich, alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
