Anhang

Allgemeines
Die Gesellschaft wird unter der Firma Primaflor GmbH mit Sitz in Emsdetten beim Amtsgericht Steinfurt unter der Registernummer HRB 3627 geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Nach der Größenklasseneinteilung gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB gilt die Gesellschaft als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung erfolgt nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Bewertungsvorschriften.

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 800,00 EUR werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten nach der gleitenden Durchschnittsbewertung angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind ausnahmslos innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind ausnahmslos innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von TEUR 67 (Vorjahr: TEUR 76) sowie Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit in Höhe von TEUR 4 (Vorjahr: TEUR 7).

Im Berichtsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 29 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 38) beschäftigt, von denen 5 Teilzeitbeschäftigte (Vorjahr: 9) und 5 geringfügig Beschäftigte i.S.d. § 8 SGB IV (Vorjahr: 8) waren.
