Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Personengesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss der Spedition Stäudte GmbH & Co. KG wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise die Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert worden.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Vermögensgegenstände der Abnutzung unterliegen, wurden die Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände ermittelt und pro rata temporis vorgenommen. Von der steuerlichen Bewertungsfreiheit für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 800,00 EUR wurde Gebrauch gemacht (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG). Diese Vermögensgegenstände wurden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben. Zugleich wurde ihr Abgang unterstellt.

Die Vorräte wurden hinsichtlich der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Bankguthaben wurden zum Nennwert bewertet. Soweit bei den Forderungen Einzelrisiken erkennbar waren, wurde diesen Risiken durch Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Das latente Ausfallrisiko sowie das Zins- und Skontorisiko wurde durch eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten zu erfüllen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zu den Positionen der Bilanz

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 102.258,38.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG in Höhe von 257.298,33 EUR (Vorjahr: 245.458,77 EUR) enthalten.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Geschäftsjahr waren im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
