Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung ausgegangen. Es bestehen nach unserer Auffassung keine bestandsgefährdenden Risiken infolge bestehender Unsicherheiten über den weiteren Verlauf des Ukraine-Krieges und dessen unmittelbaren und mittelbaren Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftstätigkeit unseres Unternehmens. Eventuelle Kunden- oder Auftragsverluste können durch den Abschluss neuer Aufträge und die Erschließung neuer Kunden und Geschäftsfelder kompensiert werden.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als Euro 250,00 aber nicht mehr als Euro 1.000,00 werden entsprechend den steuerlichen Regelungen in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und linear über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Forderungen wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Von den am Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesenen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses 115.673,63 Euro noch nicht ausgeglichen. Wir gehen weiterhin von der Werthaltigkeit dieser Forderungen aus.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 57.627,80 Euro sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

Im Einzelnen beinhaltet diese Verpflichtung einen in Anspruch genommenen Avalkredit.
