Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023
I. Vorbemerkung

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 bis 256a, 264 und 288 HGB aufgestellt. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gewählt. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden von der Gesellschaft als "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Am Abschlussstichtag sind die Merkmale gemäß § 267 HGB, die zu einer Klassifizierung als "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" führen, erfüllt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den handelsrechtlichen Gliederungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der generellen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256a HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 270 bis 274a HGB und § 42 GmbHG).

Das Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit wurde beachtet.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Aktiva
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen verminderten Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Sachanlagen sind mit den um planmäßige Abschreibungen verminderten Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen Abschreibungssätze. Abschreibungen auf Zugänge wurden im Zugangsjahr anteilig vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden grundsätzlich durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Forderungen in fremder Währung gegen verbundene Unternehmen sind mit dem Tageskurs zum Abschlussstichtag angesetzt. Von den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen i.H.v. EUR 3.272.600,55 betreffen EUR 0,00 Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

Die flüssigen Mittel (Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten) sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Passiva
Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft gemäß Handelsregister beträgt EUR 103.000,00 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in angemessenem Umfang.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung gegen verbundene Unternehmen sind mit dem Tageskurs zum Abschlussstichtag angesetzt. Von den Verbindlichkeiten gegen verbundene Unternehmen i.H.v. EUR 169.024,47 betreffen EUR 0,00 Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
