Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Firma sempercon GmbH ist gemäß § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde gemäß der §§ 238ff und §§ 264ff HGB aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Änderungen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden fanden nicht statt.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt einen den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinko sten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear (ab 2022 degressiv) vorgenommen. Vermögensgegenstände mit einem Nettowert bis 800,00 EUR wurden unter sinngemäßer Anwendung des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagespiegel zu entnehmen.

Der Wert der Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 67.093,25 EUR (Vorjahr:
44.679,99 EUR).

Die gesetzliche Rücklage wurde in den Vorjahren auf Grund des § 5a GmbH-Gesetzes gebildet. Da auf Grund der Einzahlung des Stammkapitals eine Umwandlung der Gesellschaft in eine GmbH erfolgte, wird die gesetzliche Rücklage in eine Kapitalrücklage umgegliedert.

Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 7 Arbeitnehmer.
