I. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Der vorstehende Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechen den §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata nach §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden unverändert angewandt; mögliche Zusammenfassungen nach § 265 Abs. 7 HGB hat die Firma nicht vorgenommen.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden.

Die Zugänge zum Anlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer linear bzw. degressiv abgeschrieben.

Von der Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

III. Angaben zu Positionen in der Bilanz

Die horizontale Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens soll im Anhang gesondert dargestellt werden. Von der Übergangsregelung gem. Art. 24 Abs. 6 EGHGB war nicht Gebrauch zu machen.

Es bestehen keine nicht in der Bilanz vermerkten Mitzugehörigkeiten von Bilanzposten zu einem anderen Posten.
