I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma Munich Accessories GmbH, im folgenden Gesellschaft genannt, wurde zum 20. November 2006 gegründet.

Die Eintragung ins Handelsregister erfolgte am 8. März 2007 beim Amtsgericht München unter HRB 166767. Die Aufnahme der geschäftlichen Tätigkeit erfolgte am 01.01.2007.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 € und ist zu 100 % eingezahlt.

Gesellschafter sind die im Folgenden genannten Personen:

Detlev Hasenkamp     5.000,00 € 20,00 %

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist der Handel mit Mode- und Wohnartikeln, Im- und Export, Entwicklung eigener Produktlinien, Lizenz-, Leasing- und Franchisegeberin.

Zum Geschäftsführer ist Herr Gerhard Krupp bestellt.

Er ist berechtigt, die Gesellschaft allein zu vertreten.

II. Bilanzerläuterungen

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Einzelnen ist dem in der Anlage zur Bilanz beigefügten Anlagegitter zu entnehmen.

Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen entspricht den handelsrechtlichen und ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften. Die Zugänge wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet.

Die Zusammensetzung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände ist dem Kontennachweis zur Bilanz zu entnehmen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Zusammensetzung der sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten im Einzelnen ist dem Kontennachweis zur Bilanz zu entnehmen.

Rückstellungen

Als sonstige Rückstellungen wurden die Kosten des Jahresabschlusses 2011 ausgewiesen.

Dem Geschäftsführer, Herrn Gerhard Krupp, wurde im Berichtserstattungsjahr keine Vergütung gezahlt.
