Anhang

Die Firma ZQM hat ihren Sitz in Güglingen und ist unter der Nummer HRB 752898 beim Registergericht in Stuttgart eingetragen.
Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsansätze richten sich nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.
Eine Änderung in den Bewertungsgrundsätzen ist nicht erfolgt.
Die Bewertungsmethoden wurden wie folgt angewandt:
Anlagevermögen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung war die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes.
Umlaufvermögen
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennbetrag bewertet. Für das allgemeine Ausfallrisiko wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% des Netto-Forderungsbestandes vorgenommen.
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen wurden gem. § 249 HGB gebildet und sind mit dem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag entsprechend dotiert.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
