Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma BillSystem GmbH Abwicklung von Informationstechnologie, Handel mit Soft- u. Hardware, EDV-Beratung u. -Dienstleistung wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetztes (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über ihre voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen wurden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte. Für die in den Vorjahren erworbenen geringwertigen Wirtschaftgüter des Anlagevermögens wurde entsprechend der steuerlichen Vorschriften ein Sammelposten gebildet und linear über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die im laufenden Wirtschaftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens waren für den Betrieb von untergeordneter Bedeutung. Deshalb wurde analog zu den steuerlichen Vorschriften ein Sammelposten gebildet und linear über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben.

Vorräte wurden zu den fortgeführten Herstellungskosten bewertet, das strenge Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind in Höhe der abzugrenzenden Beträge angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Passive latente Steuern wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten mit bis zu einem Jahr ergeben sich aus der Bilanz.

Es gibt keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren.

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gem. § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Zum Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr Holger Rinne (Kaufmann) bestellt. Er ist befugt, die Gesellschaft alleine zu vertreten und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
