ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS UND ZUR OFFENLEGUNG

Die Firma INSCOPUS GmbH wird in der Rechtsform einer Kapitalgesellschaft betrieben und hat als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB den Jahresabschluss generell nach den §§ 264 ff. HGB aufzustellen; für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses und die Offenlegung werden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 266, 288 bzw. 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Auf die Aufstellung des Lageberichtes wird gem. § 264 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet.

BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB vorgenommen; die Sondervorschriften der §§ 264 bis 283 HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften (betreffend Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung) wurden berücksichtigt.

Sämtliche abnutzbaren Sachanlagengegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode mit steuerlichen Sätzen entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu € 800 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 24.767,05 EUR (VJ: 21.005,79 EUR) haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem im Handelsregister als Stammeinlage eingetragenen Nominalbetrag.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag (Nominalwert) angesetzt.
