Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB verzichtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Soweit erforderlich, sind die niedrigen beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden.

Der steuerliche Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG wurde in die Handelsbilanz übernommen, da der vorliegende Sammelposten für das Unternehmen von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist.

Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800 € wurden im Anschaffungsjahr grundsätzlich aktiviert und in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Langfristige Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2018 waren durchschnittlich 3 Personen beschäftigt.
